"Alright. We've had reports of people hiding out here recently and for all we know they might be criminals." David Yates said. walking into the building.

"Alright everyone. Don't panick. But we're hot. Police have discovered us. Nobody go downstairs. Hiding places, now." John said. There was a dumwaiter on the second story. It wasn't possible to see unless you knew it was there, which Brook did.
Quickly she climbed inside. It was small and only had enough room for one person.

Mikey heard the feet scrambling around on the floor above. "Hate to burst your bubble, but whoever's here knows we've entered. Sounds like they're not to pleased to hear us." He listened further, hearing the sudden lack of noise. He grunted to himself, and shook his head.
"Yates, they're in hiding, just so you know."

Mikey chuckled softly to himself. "Thank God that I'm not a trigger hapy nutjob," he whispered under his breath. He moved quietly in, his boots hardly making a sound as he stepped on the weathered boards of the old hotel. He tapped Yates on the shoulder, poking his left thumb at his chest, then pointing up, indicating that he would go up before Yates did.

David motioned toward the other stairway and nodded. He headed for one stairway and Mulroony headed for the other. He quietly made his way up and listened. There was no noise exept his own breathing.

((Apart from being atrociously busy, I'm trying to keep tabs on this))
Mikey nodded, his breathing controlled and almost silent. The tall man breached the landing, his pistol subconciously in hand. He knew there was people here, he had that sixth sense one gets when having been in hostage or combat situations. There were people in the area, though where was anyone's guess

David moved silently and carefully with his gun in hand, looking behind every wall, chair, curtain and box. He heard a movement behind a wall. Slowly he moved toward it and listened. There was another movement, small but it was there. He moved his hand along the wall until he found a ridge, hardly noticeable from a distance. He motioned to Mulroony to come over and then opened the square door in the wall pointing his gun.

Brook gasped as the dumbwaiter hatch was opened. She looked up through the small hole in the top of it, seeing a man looking down into it. She held her breath and let it go when the man walked away and closed it.
